The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. Plus, the private parking was a great convenience.
the air conditioning in the room was difficult to manage and did not provide much relief from the heat.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The pool was my favorite feature, as it was large, deep, and rarely used. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the hotel offered private parking and good heating. Despite some language barriers, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and there was a fun kids' area in the lobby.
No negatives from this hotel.

The accommodation has some redeeming qualities such as the pool and the coffee at the lobby. the staff, although not fluent in English, try their best to assist with any issues. Families with young children will appreciate the kids' area on the lobby level, which we discovered only when we arrived.
The hotel is certainly not worth its 4-star rating. the room lacks basic amenities like proper hangers, toiletries, and even a tissue roll holder.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were always friendly and went out of their way to assist us, despite their limited English skills. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning in the rooms was a welcome relief from the summer heat. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
In conclusion, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to our friends, as it offers a great location, exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and modern amenities.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel with newly built and well-maintained facilities. We truly enjoyed the spacious and deep pool, which was almost always empty, giving us plenty of privacy. The location was also very convenient, just a 20-minute drive from the city center. the staff did their best to be helpful, even though they struggled with English.
The hotel was advertised as a four-star property but lacked basic amenities such as proper hangers, bathrobes, room slippers, and toiletries. There were also some communication issues with the staff due to the language barrier, which made it challenging to get room service and fresh towels.
